Thursday 21st October saw Carlton Miniott enter the Girls' Area Football Competition. Despite having some extremely challenging games and entering the competition with very little practise as a team (weather, trips, timetables, clubs etc) - the girls kept their heads high and smiles on their faces!

Well done team a brilliant experience for you to represent the school (some of you for the first time). A special well done to Grace for being awarded the 'Sportsmanship' medal, you were recognised by Mr Burgess and the Sports Leaders as having a brilliant attitude, never giving up and for entering, and leaving, each game with a smile. Well done girls!
