Year 6 visited Hartlepool Power Station as part of their geography learning. They learned about the course of the river Tees, from source to mouth, and their knowledge on the parts of the river was very impressive!
Last week year 6 visited Hartlepool Power Station as part of their geography learning. They learned about the course of the river Tees, from source to mouth and their knowledge on the parts of the river was very impressive! Following that they visited the Tees Transporter Bridge - spotting seals and birds along the way. During the afternoon the children visited the beach where they made a large model of the River Tees, using any natural resources they could find.
It was a lovely day and the children behaved beautifully.
