40 of our KS2 children attended the Cross Country competition along with other local primary schools at Thirsk Secondary School. Despite the inclement weather and very muddy running conditions the children did not complain or show any signs of giving up but battled on with great attitude and determination and even looked as if they were enjoying themselves!
The accompanying staff members were very impressed and proud of them all.

Sophie was a gold medal winner and a silver medal was awarded to a Year 5pupil.

Even loosing a trainer did not deter one of our runners - he just picked up his trainer and carried it!!
